Bijaya Jena is an Indian actor, film director and producer.
She has served on the Governing Council of FTII from 1992 to 1995.
She won the Indian National Film Award (Best director) for the Odia language film Tara. Her films have been screened across the world in multiple Film Festivals and many Broadcasting channels including the BBC.
Bijaya Jena has been a member of a number of National and International Film Festival Jurys including the Central Panel for the National Film Awards 2021.
